You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery if the item:
1. Unused and has all tags intact
2. Should have a billing receipt
3. Should not be dirty or torn
4. No return or exchange for personalized products
Once the customer couriers the wrong sized item back to us, the correct size will be sent on the very same day provided a ready stock is available. If the stock is not available, it is typically arranged within 7 days and shipped as soon as possible.
As of now, there is no courier pick up facility for returns and exchange, and the customer will have to courier the product back to us at their own cost. Once the product reaches us, a replacement is then shipped to you through a well-known courier partner.
